SSJ Govt Medical College Almora : Soban Singh Jeena Government Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (SSJ GIMS&R), popularly known as Almora Medical College, was established in 2021 in the serene hills of Almora, Uttarakhand. Affiliated with HNB Uttarakhand Medical Education University, this government-sponsored institute offers 100 MBBS admissions annually. The college campus spans approximately 25 acres and is situated near Vikas Bhawan. - Candidates who’re Domicile/Permanent citizens of Uttarakhand and have passed each High school (10th) and Intermediate (10+2) or equal examinations from a recognized instructional institution located within side the State of Uttarakhand.

- Candidates who aren’t Domicile/Permanent citizens of Uttarakhand however have passed each High school (10th) and Intermediate (10+2) or equal examinations from identified educational institutions located within side the State of Uttarakhand shall also be eligible. Still, they may now no longer be entitled to any kind of reservation.

- Candidates who’re Domicile/Permanent citizens of Uttarakhand but have surpassed High school (10th) and Intermediate (10+2) or equal exam from identified educational institutions located outside the State of Uttarakhand shall additionally be eligible.
SSJ Govt Medical College Almora MBBS Admission Process
- Candidates should register first for Uttarakhand MBBS online @hnbumu.ac.in/
- During registration, enter the NEET-UG application number, roll number, and other necessary details.
